MR. P. T. PANDYAN

Mr.Pandyan is the Founder of Quality power is currently Chairman cum
Managing Director of the company. An electrical graduate, he has over 40 years’ experience in the field of Reactors and Transformers. He is a well-respected technical expert in South Asia and has contributed to numerous Papers and Publications.

Apart from the field of design, he has significant experience in Production and Testing. He currently sits on the boards of Multiple companies and Educational

MR. MARK SMITH

Mark Smith has been in the power industry for over 30 years beginning his career in the transmission and generation with CEGB ( Now National Grid UK) studying in Salford ,UK. He then graduated into the field of Reactive compensation in the early 1980's and has been involved in projects across the globe at voltages up to 550KV including Harmonic Filters and Shunt compensation associated with HVDC, SVC & Series banks. Currently he heads Quality Power UK operations and provides support for Transmission applications across the group in addition to involvement in the ongoing development of new products. Mark also holds a Law Degree from Nottingham University and an MBA from Durham.

MR. BHARANIDHARAN PANDYAN

Mr.Bharanidharan is an Electrical engineer and a Management Post Graduate. He is the public face of the company in the last 10 years and is presently the Joint Managing Director of the company. With a significant global exposure in over 60 countries, he is the driving force behind the Technical & the Strategic planning of the Group.

In his decade long management stint, he has expanded the footprint of the company organically and through acquisitions. He currently site on boards of all group companies

MR. ADNAN ACIK

"Adnan Acik received the B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey in 1995 and 1999, respectively. He had been with ASELSAN between 1995-1996 as an analog Design Engineer and with TUBITAK Uzay Power Electronics Group from 1997 until 2010 as a chief researcher where he conducted many Power Quality and Power Electronics projects. His main interests are MV Reactive Power Compensation System, Power Quality Issues, High Voltage Power Converters and DC-DC Power conversion."

MR. RAM DEV BATRA

Mr.R.D.Batra received B.Sc. Electrical Engg. Degree from Agra University India, in 1957. His main field of specialization is in Design of industrial power supply & Distribution system, Power plants & Design of SVC System for fluctuating loads of rolling mills & electric arc furnaces for Power factor improvement, voltage flicker & Voltage stabilization, load balancing and harmonic distortion. He has total 56 years of work experience in which 3 years in Erection & Commissioning of Electrical Equipment and 53 years in Design-Metallurgical & Engineering Consultancy in steel plant and in Bhushan group of industries. He has published & presented a technical paper at IEEE, Conference, London.

Apart from that he has visited to Moscow, Germany, U.K. & Sweden & Italy for various assignments, inspections and selection of various equipments. At present, he is working as a Technical Director in Quality Power Electrical Equipments Pvt. Ltd in Power Systems Strategic Business Unit.

DR. ALPER CETIN

Alper Cetin received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey in 1995, 2000 and 2007, respectively. He had been with ASELSAN MST Analog Design Group as a design engineer for 5 years after graduation and with TUBITAK UZAY Power Electronics Group as a chief researcher for 9 years, and managed many turn-key power quality projects.

After getting established in ENDOKS, he started to work as Managing Director and Executive Board Member in ENDOKS. He managed not only R&D projects on power quality issues and power electronics, but also managed many turn-key reactive power compensation projects. His areas of research are power quality systems, and medium/high power converters.

MR. U. V. RAMACHANDRAN

Mr. U.V.RAMACHANDRAN is an electrical engineering graduate with post graduate diploma in business administration. He has 40 years experience in working with power electronic industry dealing with inverters and high power converters. A Technocrat by profession, started his career from the design department, worked extensively in technical marketing and customer service. He has promoted high power water cooled Thyristor Converters for electrochemical and metallurgical industries. He has also introduced regeneration of Power, wasted while controlling high power induction motor and at the discharge cycle by the battery manufactures during his tenure with the parent company.

DR. ALPER TERCIYANLI

Alper Terciyanli received the B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey in 2001, 2004 and 2010, respectively. He had been with TUBITAK UZAY Power Electronics Group as a chief researcher for 10 years after graduation, and managed many turn-key power quality projects. After getting established of ENDOKS, he started to work as R&D Director and Executive Board Member in ENDOKS. He managed not only R&D projects on power quality issues, but also managed many turn-key reactive power compensation and power quality monitoring projects for disribution systems.

His areas of research are power systems, power quality and medium/high power converters. Dr.Terciyanli received the "Meritorious Paper" Award from the Metal Industry Committee of the IEEE Industry Applications Society in 2003, and holds a patent on Current Source Active Power Filters.
