Founder of Quality Power, P.T. Pandyan is the Chairman and Managing Director of the company. A graduate in Electrical Engineering, he has over 40 years of experience in the field of reactors and transformers. Apart from the field of design, he has significant experience in Production and Testing.

Mr. Bharanidharan Pandyan

Executive Director

Bharanidharan Pandyan has been the face of Quality Power for the past decade and acts as the Joint Managing Director. With global exposure in over 60 countries, he drives the technical and strategic planning aspects of the Group. He has expanded the footprint of the company organically and through acquisitions in ## countries.

A qualified Electrical Engineer, Pandyan was instrumental in setting up the research and development department of the company. He also developed multiple algorithms for Acoustics, High Voltage Impulse Distribution, Corona & RIV, DC Reactors and equipment for FACTS and HVDC applications. Pandyan also possesses significant design and engineering experience in Iron Core Reactors, Zig Zag Connected Earthing Transformers and Transformers, and varied exposure in engineering and project management of Capacitor Banks, Static VAR Compensators (SVC’s), STATCOM’s, Harmonic Filters and Advanced Power Quality Solutions in the Medium and High Voltage domain.

Pandyan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and sits on the boards of all Quality Power group companies.

Mr. Adnan Acik

Director

Adnan Acik received both, his B.Sc. as well as M.Sc. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey in 1995 and 1999 respectively. He was Analog Design Engineer at ASELSAN between 1995-1996 and Chief Researcher from 1997 until 2010 at TUBITAK Uzay Power Electronics Group where he managed several Power Quality and Power Electronics projects.

Acik’s main interests are MV Reactive Power Compensation System, Power Quality Issues, High Voltage Power Converters and DC-DC Power conversion.

Acik currently heads the Group’s electricals lifecycle solutions company, Endoks Energy in Turkey.

Dr. Alper Cetin

Chairman of the Board of Director

Alper Cetin joined Endoks Energy as Chairman and Managing Director in 2010, managing SVC projects for iron and steel plants as well as managing turnkey reactive power compensation projects for distribution companies.

Cetin joined ASELSAN MST Analog Design Group as a Design Engineer immediately after graduation. He went on to become Chief Researcher at TUBITAK UZAY Power Electronics Group and managed various turn-key power quality projects for 9 years before joining Endoks Energy, a Quality Power group company.

At Endoks, Cetin not only manages R&D projects on power quality issues and power electronics, but also turnkey reactive power compensation projects.

Cetin received his B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey in 1995, 2000 and 2007 respectively. His areas of research are power quality systems, and medium/high power converters.

Dr. Alper Terciyanli

Director

Alper Terciyanli joined Quality Power group company, T4e as Managing partner in 2012. As the Director of Growth for ENDOKS and T4E, Terciyanli is responsible for R&D projects on power quality issues, managing turn-key reactive power compensation and power quality monitoring projects for distribution systems.

He has served as R&D Director and Executive Board Member in ENDOKS previously.

Before joining the Group, Terciyanli was Chief Researcher at TUBITAK UZAY Power Electronics Group for 10 years after graduation, and managed many turn-key power quality projects.

Terciyanli received the “Meritorious Paper” Award from the Metal Industry Committee of the IEEE Industry Applications Society in 2003, and holds a patent on Current Source Active Power Filters.

Terciyanli’s degrees in B.Sc., M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering are from the Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey. His areas of research are power systems, power quality and medium/high power converters.

Mr .Erman Terciyanli

Director

Erman Terciyanli joined Quality Power group company, T4E as Director in 2015.
He worked in TUBITAK UZAY Power Electronics Group and TUBITAK MAM for 9 years as Chief Researcher and Project Manager. During his career in TUBITAK he worked as a project manager in renewable energy and energy software and served as Executive Board Member in European Wind Energy Programme Energy Research Association

Terciyanli received his B.Sc. and M.Sc degrees in Industrial Engineering Department from Middle East Technical University, Ankara, Turkey.
